
Timeless Banks II, 50″x40″ oil on canvas.
I spend a lot of time walking and hiking the banks of the Chattahoochee River, which runs through Metro Atlanta. During the pandemic, the concept of time became heightened, partly due to self-isolation and limited travel. the poem “The Banks” speaks to my sense of time and memories growing up near the banks of the Liffey that flows through Dublin.
